John did an amazing job. He was thorough and didn't rush. He takes pride in his work. Nails look exactly as I expected. I didn't wait too long after my appt time. The salon is smaller, unlike my old salon, and clean! The only thing I noticed different, that I'm used to, is no water was offered. No biggie. This was my first time here and I will be back.
